Our European partners visiting Belgium

On the 29th and 30th of October, the European partners from the LIFE Multi Peat project visited Belgium (Germany: NABU, Ireland: National University Ireland Galway, Poland: OTOP & KP, the Netherlands: Natuurmonumenten and Eurosite). During the first day, we discussed actions from the project and visited the Mechels Broek nature reserve (part of LIFE Wetlands4Cities). During the second day there were hybrid workshops on greenhouse gas monitoring and remote sensing and workshops on policy. There were 16 online participants representing similar peatland restoration projects from all over Europe.
